Hilux Brake Shoes
Toyota Hilux brake shoes are used in drum style brake systems on each wheel. They are mainly used for medium-duty truck and light-automotive drum brakes. Some features of brake shoes include corrosion resistance, high strength, and wear resistance. Brake shoes on a Hilux are also quite cheap when compared to their front disc counterparts. Replacing brake shoes can be expensive if done at a mechanic's shop, but due to the simplicity of the part and the masses at which they're produced, you can save a lot of money by replacing them yourself.
